1) Flood limit is 4- 5 lines.
2) Popups more than 2-3 lines
should be played 2-3 times "max".
3) Swearing isn't allowed *even*
for OPs.
4) No fights are allowed via Channel's main, notice or OP notice, and
never interfere with other OPs fights. Notify a Manager if needed. ALL OPS are to respect one another at all times.
5) Never kick each other (MANAGERS and OPs) no matter what happens.
6) Never kick via your access from the Bots without explaining
the Reason, Ban/Kick Unban should be visible to the public eye by the op involved. Unless however you are unbanning
yourself to enter the channel, other than that it should be obvious for all other ops who unbaned or banned.
7) Busy operators must deop themselves:
only active operators must have the +o on the channel. Unless they have good controlled scripts helping them out, they can
stay Oped.
8) Abusive users should be kicked once before getting banned, unless
the user has exceeded the limit.
9) Explain in your /kick or /ban
messages (why the user was kicked -banned) this way you can avoid arguing with the abuser, and do NOT swear at them
in the message.
10) Only Managers are allowed to Clear the [X] Ban list, and don't
forget to remove your bans before leaving the channel, Do not place Unisexual bans through [X], If a user did something
really bad then do NOT urban till a Managers arrives or does it. If you banned an Internet Cafe IP (or any other profitable
organization) it is suppose to stay banned unless an Op's unbans it, the owner of the Business does it (if he has OP
status) or the owner fixes the problem of his client and assures the op involved that it wont happen again.
11) Control your scripts, Caps
are allowed within reason meaning 2 or 3 lines of caps is ok though if exceeded then kick. Swearing and advertising are not
allowed, kick twice b4 banning and warning b4 kicking would be better.
12)Help new users that are asking for
it, never ignore them.
13)Never use scripts that you can't control.
14) Don't kick clones:-before
making sure they are clones.( you will ask "how will I know that they are clones" - just don't kick if you don't know how
to detect them). -Notice-> nick1!host@ip.isp.com nick2!host2@ip.isp.com cloning on channel #momet (your script bla
bla) this doesn't mean that they are cloning, just make sure.
15) No advertising or inviting on the
channel allowed.
16) Giving away your
password is strictly forbidden. The Op should be used by the owner and no one else.
17) Ops are to
be on the channel doing their job at LEAST 20 hours a week. Thus spending considerable time on the channel. Ops who
don't show up for over 10 days straight will be deoped.
18) If an Op doesn't
show for 5 days Or inform the founder /manager notice or e-mail the admin admin@momet.net  for his/her absence he/she will loose the Op till further notice. And if they show only for few minutes every
week just to keep the Op status that is not acceptable, being an Op is acting like one.

19)Ops who abuse
their power to show off or other personal matters will result in loosing their status. Ops should act on the actions
taken against the channel or its users to protect and keep it clean, if you have a personal dilemma (or problem) with a user
deal with it in private or take it out of the channel DO NOT BAN that user if you are pissed off at him/her nor kick for that
matter.
20) script.ini and dmsetup.exe (and other viruses) are
being sent out in the channel, Ops are expected to go out from the channel and come back from time to time to make sure
that no user is sending these viruses. You let that infected user know that he/she has a virus and help him/her take it out
if they need it. Be sure that there is no service lags b4 exiting the channel in order to keep ops on the channel in
such occasions.
21) Act Maturely towards users and
your fellow Ops. Do not Act bad in any form of the word outside or inside the channel for you represent the channel as a whole.
22) If
you have proof of a user who is nuking other users you are allowed to ban them if they don't stop after you warn them.
23)
NO, Dirty nicks nor discussions are allowed.
24) Nicks that are imitating an original
user by adding a character like ^, `, -, etc.. should be warned to change their nicks into something else rather than causing
problems and be mistaken for the original nick when users msg him/her. Example: Dragon is allowed, Dragon^ is NOT allowed.
Note that if the original nick owner did NOT complain about the other new imitator then do NOT act. Ops must not imitate
other Ops with their nicks.
25) ALL Ops must Focus on being Ops
on #momet , wither they are Ops on other channels that is irrelevant for their focus must be prioritized to the channel
and it's benefit. If they do not show that then they do not fit the requirements of being Ops on #momet.
26)
Hacking, Spoofing, Wingating, Any Scanning Activities or Any Sort of Illegal Activities are NOT allowed.
27) Ops
are given a maximum of three chances, depending on the managers and if they think that the OP deserves it. If they blow
them then they will NOT be Re Oped again without the founder's consent.
28) Any active OP ask for Higher
Access, will be automatically suspended, and if he/she ask again about that matter, will be removed No further Notice.
29) OP's
Use your Original Nickname, even you are away.
30) voice ( +v ) is to be used
only when a channel is set moderated (+ m) so that voiced users and operators are the only ones allowed to use the main
depending on the owner's perspective and channel's description. Also, in few  channels, it shows who are the helpers.
We believed that only voicing old users, ex ops and active users could be fair enough by 2 v per Op. Any OP will break this
rules Will be Suspended First, if he/she not Following  the rules, Will Be DEOP no further Notice
31) We Do Not Accept
Any Opp From Other Servers, coz We Do Beleive Our Opps Has To be Active In the Channel And Taking Care Of it, And if we needed
Not Active Opps we Could Always get Bots In and No Need For Humans
